Service rate

The service fee for collecting payment on behalf of others is 4% (four percent) of the total amount of payment to be collected.

Settlement method

The service fee for collection of goods can be paid together with the freight payer or by the sender/receiver/third-party (the third-party must be a cross-border express monthly settlement customer).

Shipping Notice

1. Scope of collection: The amount of collection for goods is within RMB 100000 (inclusive);

2. Required documents: Payment vouchers that match the goods, such as original copies of the goods or receipts, are required. If the sender's customer and recipient agree that no payment voucher is required, the waybill shall be used as the basis for payment.
